Here at KFC we appreciate you may not know what you want to do after college and you may not be looking to go to university, we can offer you the opportunity to fast track to a management career with us in an exciting, fun and fast-paced environment whilst also continuing your education at the same time!

We are offering the opportunity to join us on our College Leavers Programme where you will have the chance to fast track up through our management programme with the potential to become an Assistant Restaurant General Manager within a year! As part of our fast track programme, you will receive training with a blended learning approach including online, classroom based and primarily very hands on focused training within our restaurants. You will receive regular feedback and follow up reviews from your own restaurant manager, local trainer and from other people in the business to ensure your success and give you all the support you need to become a fantastic manager!

Following on from this we give you the opportunity to continue to build your career with us up to Restaurant General Manager. It's a fantastic work and learn scheme that gives you the potential to reach Restaurant General Manager level within 2 years in the business. Not only that, but you will also have the opportunity to complete our Hospitality and Catering Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3) in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership and also the possibility of joining our degree programme in partnership with De Montfort University, which the company contributes towards.

3) The final stage will be an interview with one of our Area Coaches, where you'll get to find out everything about your role and we can find out a bit more about you. Here we'll be looking for people to show a passion for our business and demonstrate the skills to become an amazing Assistant Restaurant General Manager.
